Property layouts for the financier's personal Caribbean island among the released materials.
Also featured in this recent document release appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had drawn up development schemes to develop the sprawling island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Visible on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, noted on the bottom right.
This development map is annotated in notations in red and contains a legend labelling different areas of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for boat shelters.
More materials disclosed as part of the ongoing congressional release.
